J & K Electronics provides warranty repairs to your television even if you didn't purchase from us. Please call us at (281) 999-4443 and speak to the warranty department. To make the phone call go as smoothly as possible please have your model #, serial # and date of purchase ready when calling about warranty service repair.
EXTENDED WARRANTY REPAIR
To initiate an Extended Warranty repair on your television, you can call us directly where a member of our staff will help you minimize the agonize of dealing with the insurance company and expedite the service. In some cases we might need you to call the extended warranty company and open an authorized repair ticket and inform them that you would like J & K Electronics to perform the repair. They will transmit your information to us via fax or email. It usually takes between 1-3 hours for J & K Electronics to receive authorization. We will contact you once authorization has been received.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR
Because of J & K Electronics high volume of work and our exceptional staff, we are able to offer highly competitive repair rates while always offering a free estimate with repair.
IN HOME
We charge a modest fee for in home evaluations. This charge will be applied towards any repair services. Whenever possible, we complete repairs in the home on the first visit. Sometimes a part is needed which will require a special order and a return trip. Other times a TV may have to come into the shop for a complex repair. J & K Electronics technicians will advise you on the appropriate repair process for your television and will provide you with an estimate for your costs.
